Carol Foster is the Technology in Motion Specialist at Auburn University’s East Alabama Regional In-service Center. She serves the following LEAs: Alexander City, Auburn City, Barbour County, Bullock County, Chambers County, Elmore County, Eufaula City, Lanett City, Lee County, Macon County, Opelika City, Phenix City, Russell County, Tallapoosa County, and Tallasee City Schools. Carol has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Troy University and a Master’s degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies with a Focus on Technology in Schools and Online Instructor Certification from the University of Missouri. Prior to becoming a Technology in Motion Specialist, she worked in Baldwin County. She taught 4th grade at Fairhope Intermediate School for 16 years and then served as an Instructional Transformation Specialist with the technology department at Baldwin County Public Schools. She is a certified eMINTS teacher, a Master Intel Teacher, is Symbaloo certified, has served as a Discovery Education Ambassador and is a Seesaw and Flipgrid Ambassador.
